• If accepted, you will attend your personalised Expert Leader Automation, 12-week coaching program led personally by Martin Hassan. Your ELA program will take place over the phone at an agreed time and day each week that fits your schedule. Each session will last 60 minutes. As you progress through ELA, you will learn the exact leadership mindset, processes, tools, strategies, and career secrets needed to become a successful Expert Leader. You will also have an opportunity to discuss any major challenges you are facing each week and create implementation strategies to manage and resolve them.
